I could not recommend Melvin more. My wife and I have lived in many different cities around the world, and never have we had a better experience with a rental service. Melvin is patient, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the real estate market in Utrecht (that's where we worked with him, and I'm sure he is great in the other places he works too!). We also highly recommend Melvin for expats. Coming from overseas, there are many documents, accounts, etc. that we need but didn't have to get set up with rental property. Melvin was able to help us through all of that, and despite the difficult housing market, we were able to find a place that we absolutely love. We highly recommend Melvin's services, and if we ever move or look to buy, Melvin will be our go to guy.
